Data Input

The first step in using ARMADiLLO is to either paste an antibody DNA sequence into the input field or upload a fasta file containing the sequence. The appropriate chain (Heavy, Kappa, or Lambda) and species (Human, Mouse, or Rhesus Macaque) should be selected. Once the sequence is entered and chain and species is selected, ARMADiLLO can be started.
